The information is provided only for the site mentioned above and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user via links starting from this one.

LEGAL BASIS. The legal bases of the processing are the need to respond to the interested party's requests, to provide the interested party with the requested services and the legitimate interest of the Data Controller.
MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE PROVISION OF DATA. We inform you that, taking into account the purposes of the processing as illustrated above, the provision of data is mandatory and their failure, partial or incorrect provision may result in the impossibility of providing a response to the requests made or being able to use the services.
In case of provision of data by completing forms containing asterisks:
- The communication of the data marked with an asterisk is necessary and failure to provide it will make it impossible for the Data Controller to provide what is requested or in any case manage the requests.
- The communication of data without an asterisk is optional: failure to provide it will still allow us to provide what is requested.
DATA PROVIDED VOLUNTARILY BY THE USER. The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.
RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS. Personal data will be processed by the Data Controller and by persons strictly authorized by him.

RIGHT TO COMPLAIN TO THE SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY. The interested party has the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.
RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES.The rights of access to personal data, rectification or cancellation of the same, limitation of processing, opposition, portability referred to in the articles 15-20 of European Regulation 679/2016 may be exercised at any time by sending an email request to the address privacy@ev-safe.eu.
The exercise of the interested party's rights could be delayed, limited or excluded in the cases provided for by the art. 2-undecies Legislative Decree 196/03
EXISTENCE OF AN AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING PROCESS. The processing does not involve automated decision-making.
TRANSFER OF DATA TO A THIRD COUNTRY OR TO AN INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION. The Data Controller will not transfer personal data to a third country or to an international organization except with regard to those third-party services/components "embedded" in the site, referred to in the paragraphs below with the relevant policies on the matter.
